Delivery Terms & Conditions

Should The Internet Watch Store have a rare case of zero stock, we will get part of your order out (if applicable) and email to confirm what has been sent and what is to follow with your order.
You will get an email on purchase to confirm your items, your delivery address and the total price. This will be instantaneous. With orders processed on Saturdays and Sundays, The Internet Watch Store prides itself in offering a service that can truly compete with the retail stores not just on price, but also on speed of delivery.
Should we not have stock of your order within 24 hours of your purchase you will receive either an email from us or a call from one of our customer service staff informing you of any unlikely delay to your order. We will then happily discuss your order and give you an ETA. Obviously if The Internet Watch Store cannot deliver the products you have requested and paid for, the buyer will be entitled to a full refund.

Damaged Goods

The Internet Watch Store aims to provide the highest level of service to its customers, but occasionally goods may be damaged and this is likely to be damaged in transit.
In this scenario the customer must do the following:

Returned Goods
The Internet Watch Store is flexible, if you purchase an item and decide you don’t want it or you don’t like the colour, you can send the item back for a refund or exchange.
Please note it is the buyers responsibility to ensure The Internet Watch Store receives the item boxed and in the condition it was received in. (Otherwise see damaged goods above).
